This website is delivered as a static website via BunnyCDN (Bunny.net B.V., Crabbesteeg 6, 6811 KA Arnhem, Netherlands). The servers are located within the European Union. BunnyCDN processes access data (IP address, timestamp, requested resource) for the purpose of providing the service in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the technical provision of the website).

No cookies are set. For anonymous, cookieless analytics, see section 4.

If you send an enquiry via the contact form, the data you enter (name, email address, phone, project description) is forwarded to us by email via the Pageship Forms service (RealMQ GmbH, Germany). The data is not stored permanently — it is used solely to process your enquiry.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).

For anonymous analytics we use Umami, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool. Umami is self-hosted and served from our own domain (first-party); no data is transmitted to third parties for advertising or analytics purposes.

Operation and processing are carried out by RealMQ GmbH (operator of Pageship) as a processor on servers in the European Union (Germany).

No cookies are set and no personal data is stored permanently. Only aggregated statistics are recorded (pages viewed, referrer, approximate origin at country level, browser and device type). Your IP address is processed only briefly to determine the approximate location and is not stored; no cross-site tracking takes place. Identification of individual persons is not possible.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in privacy-friendly reach measurement). As no cookies and no personal data are used, no consent is required.

Your browser's “Do Not Track” setting is respected: if enabled, no measurement takes place. Fonts and other assets are likewise served from our own server; no external third parties are contacted.
